Local Sales Manager

NPG of Oregon Inc., a cluster of television stations that includes the NBC, FOX, The CW, and Telemundo affiliates in Bend, Oregon is seeking an experienced media sales executive who is highly motivated with a proven record of success. This position will manage a local sales team and develop/train staff in generating new revenue, servicing the existing account base for greater return and developing new revenue initiatives while meeting/exceeding budgets.

Successful candidate will possess strong leadership and management skills as well as three or more years media sales experience. This position requires the candidate to have strong computer skills and the ability to utilize multiple broadcast and web properties to create effective advertising packages for the local sales staff. Experience with Nielsen TV ratings, traffic and inventory management systems, and basic knowledge of internet marketing strategies and terminology required. College degree preferred.

Applicants must have a valid Oregon driver?s license or have the ability to obtain one, and should possess sufficient mobility to travel to client?s place of business and conduct presentations.
