BendFilm seeking host housing

KTVZ

BendFilm is seeking host housing for filmmakers during the annual BendFilm Festival set for October 11-14.

Orit Schwartz, Festival Director of BendFilm, said, “We hear over and over from housing hosts that getting to know filmmakers during their stay is one of their highlights of the festival. Similarly, guest housing creates some of the most positive and memorable experiences for visiting filmmakers and contributes to the buzz about what a great town Bend is to visit.”

Those who can accommodate guests during the festival should contact Pamela Hulse Andrews at pamela@cascadebusnews.com, 541-388-5665. Housing must be in the Bend area, preferably not too far from the downtown area.

Interested parties should indicate how many rooms/bathrooms you have and if you have pets and if you will be able to assist with their transportation (this is not necessary but helpful).

About BendFilm
BendFilm is a non-profit group inspired by the opportunity to open doors for artists and to cast Bend, Oregon as the cultural and economic beneficiary. The BendFilm Festival runs every October in downtown Bend, Oregon at the historic Tower Theatre, McMenamins, Regal Cinemas, The Oxford Hotel and new this year the Cascades Theatrical Company and Tin Pan Theater. Plan now to attend October 11-14, 2012 for a long weekend of films, lectures and parties as filmmakers compete for cash awards in Bend’s charismatic setting of mountains, rivers and screaming blue skies.
