Volunteers sought for Festival of Cars

The Center Foundation is in need of volunteers to assist with the Saturday, Sept. 14 Festival of Cars, which has designated TCF as its beneficiary for this year’s event.

The very high-end car show is being held at Broken Top from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and will feature rare, European automobiles as well as vendor booths and community networking. Volunteer assignments include ample opportunity to view the cars and talk with car owners. Volunteer shifts are 2-2 hours and run from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.

As beneficiary of this amazing car event, TCF will be able to use the funds to support placement of certified athletic trainers in area high schools, free pre-play sports physicals, concussion identification and management, and brain and spinal cord injury prevention for local youth. Volunteers will receive free admission to the event.
