Pronghorn Announces Plans to Expand

KTVZ

Pronghorn, an Auberge Resort, recently announced a $20 million investment today for a new guest lodge, spa and enhancements to existing facilities that will be completed by early 2015 with the primary objective of enriching the resort amenities and services that will be available to both members and resort guests. The new hotel will be named The Huntington Lodge at Pronghorn, after the Huntington Trail – a historic wagon route that ran through the western edge of the resort property. Designed by San Francisco based SB architects, who specializes in the design of high-end hospitality destinations, Pronghorn has also hired celebrated local builder, SunWest Builders, who will start construction on the lodge in April 2014. The new 105-room lodge will sit at the very heart of the Pronghorn community and will provide stunning views of the golf course and Cascade Mountain Range. In addition, the spa facilities will more than double in size to over 4,000 square feet and include treatment & relaxation rooms, a couple’s suite and changing rooms. In the past year, Pronghorn has seen the sale of 16 lots, 4 homes and 3 fractionals and only expects more of the same with the announcement of the new development. Pronghorn is on a clear path to being established as the premiere residential community and resort in the Pacific Northwest.
