Mental health and the elderly: What does mental health look like as a person ages? What is normal for the aging process? What can families do to support their loved ones should depression set in?

The age group with the highest number of completed suicides is in the senior population.Seniors have improved healthcare available for physical ailments, but what of their mental and emotional health?

These questions will be addressed by Tim Malone, LCSW & Geri-Psychiatric Specialist with Deschutes County Behavioral Health.

Please join us; attending helps you connect with others promoting better mental health. You may learn about resources not connected with the evening’s topic.
