Cascade Angels Fund 2014, LLC involvement is an exciting change from years past. “We are pleased to make this investment. There are many great startups participating and making local capital available is key to creating successful growth” said Julie Harrelson, Cascade Angels Fund manager.

“The angels are the behind-the-scenes investors who make the BVC what it is. EDCO is thrilled that Harrelson is a part of the fast-moving network of ideas, capital, mentorship, and talent that the BVC brings together. Their investment will directly help launch a startup from an early stage company to a scalable, funded venture” said Brian Vierra, EDCO venture catalyst.

The conference is divided into two categories that consist of five launch and five concept stage companies vying for investment and cash prizes. The concept stage finalists compete for a $10,000 cash prize from BendBroadband while the launch finalist could collect a $250,000+ investment.
