Deschutes Co. sets historic preservation workshops

KTVZ

The Deschutes County Community Development Department is developing a historic preservation strategic plan for rural Deschutes County and the city of Sisters and holding community workshops in September and October to hear your input

The strategic plan will provide a framework for shaping the rural county and Sisters’ preservation programs and services over the next five years and create a blueprint for allocating Certified Local Government (CLG) grant funding.

By participating at any one of the public meetings listed below, stakeholders, historic landmark owners, and community members can provide feedback that will help prioritize preservation programs.
