Hwy. 26 motorcycle crash kills Gresham woman

KTVZ

A 34-year-old Gresham woman was killed early Sunday when her motorcycle left a curve on Highway 26 near Government Camp and crashed into a guardrail, Oregon State Police said.

Angela Decorte was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, reported around 1:20 a.m. near milepost 52, troopers said.

Preliminary information indicated Decorte was operating a black 1982 Kawasaki motorcycle heading west when she lost control while negotiating a curve, OSP said.

The motorcycle slid across both eastbound lanes and crashed into a guardrail. Troopers said Decorte was pronounced dead at the scene.

OSP was assisted at the scene by the Hoodland Fire Department and the Oregon Department of Transportation.
