Culinary institute scholarship offered

5 Fusion and Sushi Bar is pleased to announce that a culinary scholarship is available for current and future students at Cascade Culinary Institute in the amount of $4,000 for the 2015-2016 school year.

These funds were raised by 5 Fusion and Sushi Bar during a series of James Beard Foundation benefit dinners last summer. A total of $8,000 was raised for culinary scholarship, with 5 Fusion able to earmark half of that for Central Oregon students attending Cascade Culinary Institute.
