ODOT to again clear homeless camps in right of way by Bend Parkway, cite safety

ODOT says it will again clear homeless camps in the area of Revere Avenue and Division Street, near the Bend Parkway that returned after evictions last October over safety concerns also removing them from ODOT property behind Kohl's. and the Colorado Avenue ramp.
