Volunteers have served nearly 30,000 meals at Bend Second Street shelter

Since the new Shepherd's House-operated warming shelter opened last summer on NE Second Street in Bend, volunteers who take part in the "meal train" have served nearly 30,000 meals to those in need, And they could always use more help.
