Deschutes County reminds of Oct. 18 voter registration deadline

Deschutes County officials are reminding residents that Oct. 18 is the deadline to register to vote in the Nov. 8 general election.

Here are some other key pieces of info:

► Last day to register to vote: Tuesday, October 18

► Register to vote online at oregonvotes.gov, an Oregon DMV license or identification number is required.

► Voters can check if they are registered or to update their registration online at oregonvotes.gov under My Vote.

► State Voters’ Pamphlets, including Deschutes County’s Voters’ Pamphlet will be delivered to residential addresses prior to October 19.

► Ballots will be mailed from the main Bend Post Office on Wednesday, October 19.
