Don’t be scammed: County deed records free online
Some Deschutes County residents have reported receiving unsolicited mailings from vendors offering to provide them with a copy of their deed or other record of title for a processing fee of upwards of $85, according to the clerk’s office
The Deschutes County Clerk’s office wants residents to know that real property records, including copies of your deeds, are available for free online at http://recordings.deschutes.org or in the Clerk’s office for a fee of $4 for the first page and $.25 per additional page.
