IBEX hiring over 400 at Bend call center

IBEX Global Solutions, a provider of contact center services and other business process outsourcing solutions, announced Tuesday it will be immediately hiring for over 400 tech support positions at its Bend facility, due to client growth at the site.

“All of our positions offer competitive salaries, full benefits and paid training,” said Stephanie Walsh, VP of Americas recruiting at IBEX Global. “We are looking for people who enjoy helping customers by phone with their technical questions, are interested in career opportunities, and being part of the IBEX family.”

The new hires will add to a current workforce of 345 at the Bend call center, located at 501 SW Hill Street, for a couple of clients, said Rosemary Hanratty, the company’s senior director of marketing.

Starting pay is $10.50 an hour during training, moving up to $12 an hour, plus incentive bonuses, Hanratty said.

IBEX said it offers full paid training and a clear path for advancement. Customer service experience is not required but is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

“These are all full time positions that for a technical candidate, will give them great career growth opportunities for their future,” said Pat Hastings, site director at IBEX Bend. “We are look forward to hiring and training a new group of professionals in the Bend area and ensuring they are with us long-term.”
