No. 2-ranked Bend HS softball team’s stellar season ends in extra-innings semifinal loss to Oregon City

They went 29-2, but a stellar season for the No. 2-ranked Bend High Lava Bears softball team ended at home Tuesday afternoon, and while pitcher Addisen Fisher had a perfect game in the state semifinals through four innings, the game went to extra innings and the Oregon City Pioneers got four runs in the ninth inning, advancing to the state championship.
