Man dead, woman injured in Gresham apartment fire
GRESHAM, Ore. (AP) – Authorities say a man is dead following an apartment fire in Gresham.
Fire officials in Gresham tell KGW-TV (http://bit.ly/2sKdx5c) that a woman sustained injuries on Friday after leaping from a second-story window.
Officials say the woman threw puppies out the window before leaping herself, and reported a man remained inside.
Crews made it into the apartment but found the man dead. His name hasn’t been released.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
