What should be the top priority for government spending to curb homelessness?

Funding/operating more shelters – 13% (82 votes)

Building more affordable housing – 26% (160 votes)

Drug/alcohol treatment programs – 19% (115 votes)

Mental health treatment programs – 41% (251 votes)
