Local Alert Weather – Fri. PM
Happy Friday evening, everyone!
Tonight we’ll see increasing clouds ahead of the next system pushing into Central Oregon. Winds will be gusty at times around 25 miles per hour out of the north. Overnight lows will be above average in the upper 30s and low to mid 40s.
Saturday brings us variable clouds throughout the day. Highs will peak in the upper 60s and lower 70s. We’re looking dry for the Pole Pedal Paddle! Increasing clouds in the afternoon could bring a few sprinkles to the region. We have the slight chance for a few thunderstorms in the evening, but it’s a very slim chance.
Sunday will be the coolest day of the extended forecast. Cooler air moves in for the end of the weekend. Highs will be in the mid to upper 60s, which is around average, but it will feel chilly. There’s a chance for rain showers throughout the day on Sunday. Saturday will be the drier of the two weekend days.
Through the next week we’ll see a gradual warm up. Highs will climb back into the upper 70s and lower 80s. Sunshine is expected by the middle of the week and it will feel a lot like summer.
Have a happy & safe weekend!
