Warm and dry today, cooling into the weekend

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) - Dry and warm conditions continue today, with highs in the low to mid 80s. A cold front moving through the region will bring increasing winds and cooler air.

Temperatures will dip into the 40s overnight.

Highs will drop into the low to mid 70s Friday as clouds increase. A shower is possible Friday night, but most of the rain will arrive Saturday.

Saturday will bring periods of rain and temperatures well below normal, with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s across Central Oregon.

A lingering shower is possible early Sunday, followed by gradually clearing skies and mostly dry conditions. Temperatures will remain cool, with highs in the upper 50s to low 60s.

Monday will be partly cloudy and warmer, with highs in the upper 60s to low 70s. Similar conditions are expected Tuesday and Wednesday.
