Clear the Shelters: Humane Society of the Ochocos breaks ground on new facility
This week, for our special 'Clear the Shelters' feature, NewsChannel 21's Arielle Brumfield visits the Humane Society of the Ochocos in Prineville to discuss the construction delay for their new facility, staff shortages and the animals ready for adoption.
This will be so nice for the animals and the staff. They do such an amazing job there and having a better facility will be wonderful.
