‘Never-ending cycle’: Prineville shelter faced with dog kennel overcrowding pleads for public assist

PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- At the end of October, the Humane Society of the Ochocos was at 145% capacity for dogs, putting a major strain on their operations.

Since then, the situation has improved slightly, officials told us this week, but they are still pleading with the public to help out.
