Sports Anchor

NPG of Oregon Inc., a cluster of television stations that broadcasts live news on the NBC and FOX affiliate in Bend, Oregon is accepting applications for Sports Anchor / Reporter to deliver our top rated sports segment of our newscast. We want someone who combines strong journalistic skills with a personality that will make our newscast more than a series of stories. Candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, strong news judgment, and a love for sports. NewsChannel 21 is nestled in the Cascade Mountains, and is rated by several national magazines as one of the country’s top places for recreation and sports. A college degree and 1-2 years of news or sports anchoring experience is required for this position.

A valid Oregon driver’s license or the ability to obtain one is required.
