C.O. Duck Fan Bus hits the road

KTVZ

Before the Oregon Ducks battled the Washington Huskies Saturday evening, a busload of Central Oregon Duck fans were pumped.

The Central Oregon Duck Club runs the bus for all the Pac-12 home games.

The bus boards from downtown Bend and then goes to Sisters to pick up another round of Duck fans.

Then it’s on its way to Autzen Stadium in Eugene for the game, then comes back the same night.

The bus has room for 60 adult fans, as there is a keg on board.

The bus usually fills up, so it’s best to reserve your seat within a week from the bus leaving.

“It’s just getting a bunch of Duck fans together,” said Dallas Brown, the bus coordinator. “We get going on the way — we will sing fight songs, we will watch some highlights from previous games and just get excited about the game.”

“It’s a safe way to get to and from the game. It’s affordable, and it’s a way for us to all come together and have a little fun on Duck game days.”

If you would like to ride the bus you can contact the club on its website at www.oregonduckclub.org.

The cost to ride is $45 for club members and $55 for non-members.

The next scheduled ride is for the game against Colorado on Oct. 27.
