Black Butte Blvd. daytime closure next week

The city of Redmond Transportation Division will be closing Black Butte Blvd. for half a block between 6 th St. and 5 th St. Monday through Friday, March 9 – 13 th .

The closure will last during daytime hours, scheduled to re-open for the evening each day after 4 p.m.

This will accommodate tree removal and sidewalk repairs. The trees have outgrown the tree wells and are causing damage to the sidewalk and underground infrastructure. The City Parks Division will be replanting the trees this spring, according to weather.

Barricades, cones and flaggers will be in place to maintain and control traffic. We thank you for your patience as we improve our downtown core.
