Oregon State Police said Friday night they are asking for the public’s help in locating an 18-month-old boy taken from Longview , Washington.

Troopers said Cash Travis was taken by two suspects: Andy Travis, 34,, and Cerena Barros, 25, both of Longview.

Andy Travis is described as 6-foot-3 and 250 pounds, with brown eyes and brown hair or a shaved head. Barrows is 5-3 and 100 pounds, with blue eyes and dark or possibly strawberry blonde hair.

Longview police and Oregon DHS became aware last Sunday that the pair had taken the boy in violation of a court order. Both Travis and Barros are non-custodial parents.

It is believed they are heading to California, troopers said. There are currently felony warrants out for their arrest.

They are believed to be driving in a white 2000 Ford F150 pickup, with Ohio license plates of DGD6579. The license plate does not belong to the pickup and is believed to be a switched plate.

The pickup has a Starbucks-style bumper sticker in the back window that reads “I luv coffee and guns” and a license plate holder that is from “Santa Cruz Beach Auto Sales”.

If spotted, you’re urged to call OSP dispatch at 503-397-3131 . Oregon State Police is the lead investigating agency.
