City of Bend offers new way to pay utility bills

KTVZ

Beginning Tuesday, August 11, City of Bend utility customers will be able to pay their bills and review their accounts using a new automated phone system.

Customers will no longer have to wait to speak to a customer service representative for these services. The system will be available every day from 5 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Representatives will still be available to assist customers on the phone and in person during regular business hours. The customer service phone number for both automated and live services is the same, 541-388-5515.

In addition, customers who are in jeopardy of service termination for non-payment will begin receiving their payment reminder calls from an automated dialing system rather than a representative. This change will take place later this month.

For more information, contact the Utility Billing Customer Service Department at 541-388-5515.
