Local Alert Weather, Thu. AM, 8.30.18
Good Thursday Morning, Everyone…
The advance of a fairly weak cold front will increase our cloud cover today. The westerly and NW flow associated with that front will also bring some more smoke and breezy conditions with it. Highs will be in the mid 70’s and NW winds will pick up to a gusty 5-15 mph. We can expect some gradual clearing through the night tonight. Lows will be in the 40’s and winds will become lighter out of the NW. A patchy, smoky haze will stay with much of Central Oregon through the night.
While some of that smoke will stay with us Friday, we are expecting the gradual clearing to continue. With fairly sunny skies Friday we will once again see highs in the mid 70’s. Clear to mostly clear skies will last right through the Labor Day weekend. Highs will hold in the low 80’s, as well. We will stay quite pleasant into the middle of next week.

HAVE A SPARKLING DAY IN CENTRAL OREGON!
