Local Alert Weather, Tue. AM, 2.26.19

KTVZ

Good Tuesday Morning, Everyone…
While we will remain cold today, we do get to enjoy a modest break before the next winter storm system rolls in. Highs will be in the 20’s and under cloudy skies, northerly breezes will be gentle at 5-10 mph. Most areas will see some snow showers start to settle in during the late afternoon. Snow tonight will yield as much as 4-8″ by morning. Lows will be in the single digits and teens with NW breezes at 5-10 mph.
Heavier snow tonight will continue into Wednesday morning and then the storm will break up. While we will be left with temperatures well below average, we will see some sunshine Thursday and Friday. Both highs and lows will stay below average this weekend and we will see a chance of some scattered snow showers.
