KTVZ

Good evening Central Oregon!

More snow on the way for the High Desert overnight and Wednesday!

With more snow expected, the Winter Storm Warning that’s in place has been extended until Thursday morning.

We are starting to see snow showers develop this afternoon and they look to stick around through the night and into the morning.

Overnight tonight we could see 3-7 inches of new snow with even more expected for some areas in higher elevations.

Lows tonight will dip down into the teens once again.

It also could be a bit breezy at times tonight with winds out of the north west at 10-15 MPH.

Wednesday will start the day with snow showers, and we could see an additional 1-3 inches of snow on Wednesday morning.

Highs Wednesday will be in the upper 20s to low 30s with winds out of the north at 5-10 MPH.

We will continue to see off and on snow showers possibly on Thursday, but by Friday it looks like things should clear up a bit with partly cloudy skies overhead.

More chances for snow showers on Saturday and through the weekend.

Temperatures will top out in the upper 20s to 30s throughout the coming days.

Enjoy the snow and stay safe Central Oregon!
