Free TP with fill-up at Bend gas station
The Shell station at Highway 20 and 27th Street in Bend is giving a free roll of toilet paper with a gas fill-up. (One-time balloon lawn-chair adventurer Kent Couch, the gas station owner, says they got it wholesale, and if nothing else it gives drivers a little chuckle.)
