Bend musician makes it back to her hometown to sing at Hayden Homes Amphitheater

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- A local girl is back in her hometown, doing big things. Maiah Manser is back in Bend and will be opening at the Hayden Homes Amphitheater for St. Vincent.

Manser grew up singing lots of national anthems around town, like performing at the Bend Elks baseball games. She also went to school for jazz and was in the orchestra at Bend High School. She will be taking the Hayden Homes stage on Thursday night.

Kelsey McGee spoke with Manser on Monday to learn about how she got into music and how she discovered her sound. Her report will be on NewsChannel 21 on Fox at Four.
