Bend Police: Restaurant employee arrested for sexually abusing minors at downtown business

BEND, Ore - (KTVZ) -- A 35-year-old Bend resident, Davis Allen Kellar, was arrested on Thursday, June 18, on suspicion of sexually abusing minor co-workers at a local downtown Bend restaurant.

The arrest took place at his home in the 400 block of NE Kearney Avenue in Bend.

The arrest followed a month-long investigation by Bend Police detectives into reports that Kellar engaged in sexual acts with minors.

Kellar faces multiple charges, including two counts of Sexual Abuse II, two counts of Sexual Abuse III, two counts of Contributing to the Sexual Delinquency of a Minor and two counts of Sexual Misconduct.

Detectives indicated that Kellar may have had access to other minors through his job.
