Pacific Power ‘Time of Use’ program could help users save energy and lower their bill

BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Pacific Power is offering Oregon customers an alternative to traditional residential electric rates through its voluntary Time of Use program.

Instead of paying the same rate throughout the day, participating customers pay different prices depending on when they use electricity, potentially rewarding households that can shift some of their energy use away from times when demand is highest.
