MADISON, Wis. (AP) — Multimillionaire Republican businessman Eric Hovde is planning to launch a bid for U.S. Senate against Democratic incumbent Sen. Tammy Baldwin. Hovde campaign spokesperson Ben Voekel said Thursday that Hovde will be announcing next week.
