Thunderstorms bring heavy rain, Bend-area flooding, slide on Hwy. 26 at Warm Springs

Motorists encountered high water in many spots around Bend as a thunderstorm dumped heavy rain Thursday afternoon, while ODOT says a small slide sent water, mud and rocks across Hwy. 26 near Warm Springs, narrowing traffic to one lane with flaggers.
