Latest Bend Parkway/Hwy. 97 shift brings some confusion, backups

One part of the latest change on the southbound Bend Parkway/Highway 97 has led to some confusion and a new backup where traffic merges with Third Street/Highway 20. Instead, ODOT says drivers on Third wanting to get on the southbound parkway now have to turn east onto the new Robal Lane onramp.
