BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The holiday season is fully upon us, and with Thanksgiving passing, it paves the way for Christmas. People are ready to either get a permit and go cut their own Christmas tree, buy at a lot or prefer the artificial-tree route.

Several pop-up tree lots are now n operation around the Bend area. The Vegetable Man has three lots - one on the south, north side and and west sides of town. There is also one called Candy Cane Christmas Tree Co. on Century Drive.

Kelsey McGee is visiting a couple Christmas tree lots on Monday to learn how business has been going so far. She's also speaking with people who are out buying their tree. Her report will be on NewsChannel 21 at Five.
