Redmond’s Hola Restaurant burglarized for the second time in weeks — but this time, no sign of forced entry
REDMOND, Ore. (KTVZ) – Redmond’s Hola Restaurant has been burglarized for the second time in less than a month, but this time police said they found no signs of forced entry.
The second burglary occurred between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 9:40 a.m. Wednesday, Lieutenant Eric Beckwith said. Items stolen from the business include three bottles of tequila and an undisclosed amount of cash, he said.
Redmond Police are seeking information from anyone who may have witnessed suspicious behavior at the business during the timeframe of the burglary, Beckwith said.
Money and a bottle of tequila were taken in last month’s break-in, and Beckwith said at the time that officers were able to gather “potential DNA evidence at the scene.”
Anyone with information that could assist police in finding those responsible for either or both crimes is asked to call dispatch non-emergency at 541-693-6911.
