Prideville: Prineville’s Pride Festival brings celebration to Pioneer Park

Visit Central Oregon

PRINEVILLE, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The Prineville Pride Festival, also known as Prideville, is bringing a family-friendly celebration of inclusion and community to Pioneer Park on Sunday.

The free, all-ages and substance-free event runs from noon to 5:00p.m. at Pioneer Park, located at 450 NE Third Street in Prineville.

Organizers say festival-goers can expect local vendors, community organizations, live entertainment, and activities meant to celebrate the diversity and spirit of Crook County.

New experiences at this year’s festival include a free photo booth, interactive aerial arts performances, a hands-on fashion workshop, and lawn games with Prideville’s Queens and Kings.

The event is designed as a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ community members, allies, families, and people across Central Oregon to come together.

KTVZ’s Claire Elmer will have more from Prideville on KTZ News on Sunday at 6:00p.m.
