BEND, Ore. (KTVZ) -- Central Oregon fire agencies are navigating changing conditions as outdoor burning guidelines vary across the region.

While some areas are evaluating restrictions, others — like Crook County — are expected to keep burning open, raising questions about how those decisions are made and what residents need to know before lighting up.
