Matthew Draxton will have a report on NewsChannel 21 at Five

La Pine, Ore. (KTVZ). -- Rep. Cliff Bentz, R-Ore., is visiting La Pine Tuesday for a "focused tour" and discussion on the Darlene 3 Fire that threatened the town late last month. In the afternoon, he will be attending a community meeting hosted by the Newberry Regional Partnership.

Following his meeting with community members, he'll be at the meeting for a discussion with representatives from the Bureau of Land Management, Forest Service, Deschutes County and the La Pine Rural Fire Protection District.

Matthew Draxton will be speaking with Rep. Bentz about what he hopes to accomplish during visit to Central Oregon, what he's learned about the impacts of Darlene 3 Fire, and what he'll do with the information he learns moving forward.

His report will be on NewsChannel 21 at Five .
