City of Madras launches new e-permitting application system
MADRAS, Ore. (KTVZ) -- The City of Madras is excited to announce the launch of our new online e-permit submission system! This platform allows residents, developers, and business owners to submit various applications conveniently from anywhere, at any time.
The system saves time, provides real-time tracking of application status, and enhances the overall user experience with our permitting services.
Available Applications:
- Appeal Application: File a notice of appeal within fifteen days of a final decision.
- Annexation Application: Legislative land use decision ensuring compliance with city and state regulations.
- Conditional Use Application: Requires special permission for certain land uses or developments.
- Master Planned Development Application: Three-step review process for large-scale developments.
- Modification of Approval Application: Request changes to previously approved plans or conditions.
- Partition Application: Reconfigure land per city standards and state law.
- Property Line Adjustment Application: Adjust or remove shared boundaries between parcels.
- Site Plan Review Application: Ensure compliance for specific types of developments.
- Sign Application: Required for erecting or altering signs within the city.
- Subdivision Application: Subdivide or reconfigure land per city and state standards.
- Temporary Use Application: Covers permitting seasonal or annual activities such as retail sales of items including, but not limited to, sunglasses, housewares, toys, crafts, and vegetable and fruit stands.
- Variance Application: Permits exceptions to zoning rules if criteria are met.
- Zoning Review Application/Pre-Building Permit: Determine development criteria before applying for a building permit.
