  1. Probably smart of sunriver resort to hide this thing as far as possible, if their customers knew what conditions the folks making their food and cleaning their bathrooms actually lived in- might start some second guessing of all the conspicuous consumption sr is famous for (maybe just a little)

  2. IF this happens, they need to install sidewalks, bike paths (not just on the roads) and dedicated crossing with stoplights, unless they are going to supply a shuttle service for the employees or are expecting the employees to drive into the resort area for work. Something just seems “off” about this whole issue. I wonder if they will rent to the employees or consider it part of their wage package? Who will be allowed to rent there, just employees or anyone? What about the slow time and they have empty rooms?
