      1. I say it becasue I had the unfortuate expeiernce of buying my last Toyota from Lithia K Falls 5 years ago, a horrble & insulting experience from the get-go, deception, they sold my email address and the Service department was incompetent, screwing up 3 of the 4 first free oil changes. I was offered 0 % APR and when it came time for the paperwork they pushed 4%. The salesman and saled manager whined the whole rest of the time about how they were not gonna make money on the sale. Within a week I started to get literally dozens of spam emails a day. I called Lithia corporate and asked what was going on and they admitted to selling my email address. I told them the emails had a week to stop or I was driving the Prius to medford and abondoning it in the CEO’s parking space. The emails stopped, took abour 3 weeks. Then the service department screwed up the first 3 ‘free’ oil changes, did not even perform the first one, checked the box right in front of me afeer i witnesses it not havieng been done. The next two they either left the filter loos and/or did not tighten the oil pan plug. I never let them do the 4th ‘free’ one. I’ve maintained the Priusmyself since, 84,000 happy trouble free miles. I would never, EVER visit a Lithia Service Dept again, even if it was free
