Deschutes commissioners ask Gov. Brown to loosen COVID-19 restrictions

Deschutes County commissioners voted 2-1 Wednesday to send a letter to Gov. Kate Brown urging COVID business restrictions to be loosened for counties in the extreme risk category. Patti Adair and Tony DeBone voted yes, while new Commissioner Phil Chang was opposed.
