COCC Culinary Institute hosts a hazelnut challenge as student chefs compete

Three teams of chefs at Central Oregon Community College's Cascade Culinary Institute took part Wednesday in a mock cooking show, streamed online. One rule: Students had to use hazelnut milk instead of dairy products.
