Bend man designs new bike lock for popular 1UP bike racks

A local man has come up with a new design for a bicycle lock, called the J-LOQ. The J-LOQ locking cam lever locks your bike to a 1UP bike rack. J Miler can make 800 of them month at his shop in Bend.
