Haven Bagels + Coffee now open in southeast Bend
Haven Bagels + Coffee is located in the new retail center at the corner of SW 27th Street and Reed Market Road in Bend.
Owners say the bagels are handmade from 100% organic ingredients with the goal of serving food with healthy ingredients.
"We just kind of blend coffee shop, bagel shop, restaurant vibes. Besides organic flour, organic sugar and local eggs and bacon, everything tends to be very farm to table," said Elijah Myers, the owner of Haven Bagels + Coffee.
Haven Bagels sources its ingredients from Well Rooted Farms in Redmond. They're also collaborating with Backporch Coffee Roasters, to keep the coffee local.
The shop is open 6:30 am to 2 pm.
