CEC president testifies on Capitol Hill

The president of Central Electric Cooperative spoke Tuesday at a House hearing in Washington, D.C., about his frustration in trying to remove fire hazards on federal land in a timely manner. Rep. Greg Walden echoed his views and called for reform in federal rules that cause delays.
