Bend Whitewater Park ‘surf wave’ set to reopen Saturday with changes, new signs in place

With structural and policy changes and a dozen new signs in place, the surfing wave at the Bend Whitewater Park - closed after a teen surfer's fatal accident in April -- reopens on Saturday morning at 9 a.m.
